At the end of December, we photographed Betsy and Micah's beautiful wedding near Winter Park. After a great church ceremony in Fraser, the party went to the incredible Devil's Thumb Ranch. In our first meeting with Betsy and Micah, we discovered that we had tons of things in common. We both proposed at Butterfly Beach in Santa Barbara, taught school for the same company, love bikes and the outdoors and on and on. Congratulations and best wishes for a great life together! Below you'll see a very small selection of pictures. Please click on their names above for more images in a slideshow.

All of the wedding party women got matching North Face jackets to stay warm in!
These bride and groom portrait cupcakes were such a cool touch.

Kelly & Greg are getting married!
Kelly and Greg are getting married at Red Rocks this summer, so we explored the area and found some great spots I hadn't been to. And they weren't afraid to throw a little karate kid action into the shoot as you'll see below.
Thanks to both of you for being so fun to work with. We can't wait to shoot your wedding - it's going to be gorgeous!

Julie & Dave's Engagement Photos
Julie and Dave are getting married this February at Boettcher Mansion, and they're determined to be outside despite the weather. How cool is that? Their determination is matched only by their incredible chemistry together, and it's going to be a pleasure to document their wedding. Clicking on their names above will take you to a slideshow with more of their pictures.

Colfax Photo Storm
Born in 1864, Colfax Avenue is the longest commercial street in the U.S.. Jack Kerouac wrote about it, drank in it's bars, and lived on it. South Park characters visit the famous Casa Bonita, with flame eaters, and supposedly terrible mexican food. This entry is dedicated to this fantastic street, and those who participate in this and future versions of the Colfax Cruise, a photo safari dedicated to the many wonders of Colfax Avenue.

Erin & Matt's Wedding
Back before the debut of our blog, we photographed Erin & Matt's wedding at the Arrowhead Golf Club. Now I've heard lots of vows and speaches before, but Matt blew them all out of the water with his hand written vows to Erin. It was a beautiful thing. Arrowhead is a spectacular venue by itself, but we also had perfect weather and deer running by us throughout the day. We're very excited that this wedding has recently been selected by Premier Bride Colorado magazine for a feature in their Spring issue! Their slideshow is linked on the right side of the blog, so please check it out for more of the story.
Congratulations to Erin and Matt, you guys had a beautiful wedding and were such a pleasure to work with!

Thank you, John and Cecilia, it was a pleasure to work with you. I hope you enjoy your pictures and have a great wedding!
